This limited release, small batch Tennessee Whiskey was matured for four years in a single American oak barrel (#1) before being bottled in 2021. Only 228 bottles were produced from this batch.

Colour: Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm honey-gold core, edged by a hint of mahogany.

Nose: Bold, unfiltered aroma of toasted American oak, vanilla bean and caramel, with wisps of brown sugar and toffee. Spices—cinnamon, clove and a hint of pepper—rise above leather and dried fruit, all carried on the warm, resinous backbone of the cask.

Palate: Full-bodied and viscous, this cask-strength Tennessee whiskey coats the palate with dark caramel, vanilla, toffee and maple. Toasted American oak provides structure as cinnamon, clove and black pepper unfold, delivering a long, warming finish with a subtle hint of smoke.

Finish: Powerful, lingering finish that coats the palate with toasted vanilla and caramel, tempered by charred American oak. Spices—pepper, cinnamon and clove—smolder through the heat, delivering a long, warm fade of oak, vanilla and a whisper of citrus zest.
