Antique Bent Wire Early Baby Bottle Sterilizer in good condition.  It measures 13" tall by 4" wide and has a 4 bottle capacity.  You would lower the bottles into a pot of boiling water to make them safe for baby.  Believe it or not, the bottom piece of wire up to the handle was twisted from a single strand of wire, so much work!  The 6" long handle was made from a separate strand.  I suppose it could be used for very small mason jars as well.  Either way, it's a wonderful antique bent wire piece that will enhance any collection, so make it yours today!
