In "our world" quality is not a coincidence but it is the result of the strong passion we put into crafting our products. Passion leads us to choose only the best materials and to improve our products assembly process only to achieve the most high-demanding customers' satisfaction.
Here are the main characteristic of our masterpieces:
• 4 mm vegetable-tanned leather to guarantee water repellency; every bag also has internal leather tabs that seal to prevent water infiltrations.
• In the case of our largest saddlebags the leather used can reach 5,5 mm in thickness.
• 1 mm sewing thread to guarantee adequate strength under any circumstances;
• Reinforcement in polyethylene, aluminum, and iron to maximize loading capabilities, and prevent original shape loss.
• All metal parts, buckles and rivets are made out of brass in order to avoid rust and to guarantee durability.
• All saddles are finished joining the leather to the metal through some studs, as well as through the normal sewing.
• You can choose to add a layer of memory foam and gel on the high density rubber as padding of your seat.
• You imagine it, we make it! Feel free to customize your bag with graphics, and writings.
For some traveller load capability is everything! We can build you a deeper bag in order to meet your needs. You can also choose if you prefer a short or long flap lid.
Short lid bags have longer belts to allow the external carrying of a blanket or a jacket.
Fastening tabs can be placed inside or outside the lid as you like it, the sewing thread color can be choose as well.
All our products can be made in many different colors. Please remind that all our products are handcrafted, that can sometimes result in a slight difference in color between the pictures and the real product.
