The biggest downside to a Labradar doppler radar chronograph is that it doesn't get triggered with every shot. This can be extremely frustrating and even very expensive. To fix this problem, we custom designed a Labradar Recoil Trigger. This uses a 3.5mm male to male headphone cable (not included) to plug into your Labradar to trigger it from recoil instead of the built-in microphone that hears the report of the firearm. This also helps at busy ranges where the shooter next to you keeps triggering your Labradar. You can also easily use this with suppressed firearms, pellet rifles and even bows.

These are all 100% custom made from the ground up by myself. All the parts are printed on a high quality FDM printer. I personally designed this to work with all my personal firearms from my sporting rifles, deer rifles, my kid's single shot 22's and everything in-between. 

Our triggers are quite sensitive. You may get a false trigger if you manipulate the bolt quickly. This usually is not a big deal because it won't see a projectile and therefore won't show a velocity. You may have to adjust the sensitivity of your Labradar for this to work well for your particular rifle. My trigger level is set to 4 which seems to work well.

This trigger is designed to fit on any standard picatinny rail as well as a standard swivel stud. A 3.5mm male to male audio cable is not included and will be required to plug this into your Labradar. 

To connect to a sling swivel this uses a bolt and a small slider to sandwich the sling stud. To attach it, remove the bolt but make sure the small slider remains inside the recoil trigger. Then attach it to your gun and reinstall the bolt. This will pull the small slider and sandwich your sling stud. Only tighten hand tight. It is easy to overtighten this.

This is a 3d printed part that is covered by our 1-year replacement warranty. This is mostly 3d printed plastic, not aluminum.
