1995 Hess Toy Truck Without Helicopter VINTAGE COLLECTABLE

Condition is used and pre owned. It is missing the helicopter. It has discolored over the years. Front passenger wheel is missing rubber. 

Lights do work with 2 C Batteries. Although it has defects it is still fun to play with or as a replacement truck
