Lennox 12F49 - Interlink 100483-41 Condenser Fan Motor, 1/10 HP, 208-230 Volts *DAMAGED WIRES*

This unit came out of a 2008 condensor which was otherwise working besides this motor.   If you examine the the sheathing on the three wires ires you can see that they all have damage about 9 inches put from the base of the motor.   The damage was caused by the wires rubbing on the end of the protective conduit which had been used to keep them put of the sunlight and out of the fan blades.   Only the orange wire had the individual wiring inside  the sheathing fully seperatein such a way that there is no physical connection in that wire at all at this point.
