Errors include: Brown Nose, Original with two "I's", Mismatched dates, "Suface" wash without the R. Semi colon instead of colon after date of birth. Extra space before semicolon before the DOB. No UK next to PO15 5TX ETC...

The hang tag is bent but still attached. The bowtie ribbon is also bent. Free of any holes or stains.
