Express Post Prepaid Satchels are the ideal choice for delivering urgent items to their destination quickly and easily. Lodge in a yellow street-posting box or over the counter at your local Post Office if you require proof of posting. Tracking is included. Service conditions apply. 




Size and weight

Small Express Post Satchels measure 355 x 225mm and are designed for items weighing up to 5kg.

 

Quailty and sustainability

All our prepaid satchels are durable and built for our delivery network. They’re made with 80% post-consumer recycled plastic. 

The REDcycle scheme is no longer operational. Unfortunately, this means there is no collection of soft plastics available at the moment. The industry is working hard to identify pathways to create a new scheme. In the meantime, please dispose of soft plastics in the landfill bin.

• Australia Post genuine product: When you buy from us, you know it's genuine. Items bought from non-Australia Post outlets may be counterfeit.


Extra Cover

Express Post Prepaid Satchels are suitable for sending items valued up to $100. If what you're sending is valued between $100 and $5,000, you should purchase Extra Cover.

How do I add Extra Cover? Buy Extra Cover from your local Post Office when you send your item. It is not automatically included in your Online Shop order. Extra Cover is calculated at the Post Office depending on what you're sending.

What if I don't add Extra Cover? If your parcel is lost or damaged, you may be compensated up to $100 plus a postage refund. Unless we're required by law, we don't accept liability for your delivery being late, or any loss or damage not caused by us. Extra Cover and any compensation offered under Australia Post's Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.




Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.

Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $60+. For orders under $60, we charge a flat fee of $9.95. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.

Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent.

Returns Policy

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns on most of our items.

How much does this Express Post prepaid satchel cost to send?

This is a prepaid product, so postage costs are included. Once it’s been delivered, all you need to do is follow the packing specifications and send it at either your local Post Office or Post Box.
