Step 1: Exfoliate 24 hours before tanning.

Step 2: Moisturise dry areas such as hands, feet, knees, ankles, and elbows prior to application.

Step 3: Pump product onto mitt and apply in sweeping motions.

Step 4: Leave hands and feet until last, sweeping lightly over.

Step 5: Your tan will develop in four to six hours.
