Kingdom:
Most items ship via FREE & FAST Royal Mail delivery. Your
order will arrive with your daily Royal Mail deliveries using business PPI
tracked delivery service. A signature is not required for delivery.
The average delivery time for this shipping
method is 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
If your item has not arrived within this time
frame it may be held up in Royal Mail's sorting network or at your local Royal
Mail depot. Unfortunately, we have no way of locating a parcel once it has been
passed to the Royal Mail network so please contact your local sorting office
for the most up-to-date delivery information - you can find the location of
your nearest office by calling 0845 605 0767.
Higher value items will be sent using couriers such
as Parcel Force, DPD or TNT.
The average delivery time for this shipping
method is 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
If your item has not arrived within this time
frame it may be held up in the local delivery depot. Please contact us
immediately so that we can investigate this for you.
Europe / Rest of the World:
All international deliveries are
shipped using the eBay Global Shipping Programme (GSP).
Your item will be shipped to the eBay
UK GSP facility who will then forward your order onto your final delivery
address outside of the UK.
All international delivery charges are
set by eBay and paid directly to eBay from your order. We do not charge or
collect any money from international delivery charges.
