We use next day delivery couriers to deliver our parcels including DX, EVRI, FEDEX, PARCEL FORCE, DX FREIGHT and PALLET WAYS.

Orders placed before 12pm, we aim to deliver the next working day however during busy periods, this may not be possible. If your order is urgent please refer to eBay's estimated delivery times to ensure this matches your expectations.

**Please note we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery. Not all delivery addresses can be routed for a Saturday Delivery. This will be the following Monday / Tuesday **

Items purchased & paid for can be collected during our opening hours with a proof of purchase.

Our carriage prices are for UK Mainland only please contact for carriage outside of this area.

Please note that orders over the weight of 25kg will occur a charge for more than one delivery attempt.

If you wish to return the product and there is no fault there will be a 20% handling charge plus the postage cost of sending the parcel out originally.

Returns Policy:

All returns are accepted within 31 days of purchase, the buyer is responsible for return carriage. All refunds will be given upon inspection of the returned item which must arrive back in its original packaging.
