It is an Original Artist Proof that was Hand Signed in Pencil on Woven Rives Paper & Titled "The Peddler". It is also Signed & Dated in the Plate depicting a Figurative Illustration Cityscape that was done in Meticulous Details from the Time Period.  His Works have been Exhibited in Museums & Galleries throughout the World & also held in Corporate & Private Collections. This comes from a Private Collection which makes it Very Rare due to its Size, Age & Beauty.
