We have tried to make our return policy simple and hassle free for you. When
you return our products back to the following conditions apply:
The purchased goods must be returned back within 30 days after they have been
shipped. This means that the ship date of the return goods must be within this
30 day period.
Credit will only be issued after the receipt and inspection of the returned
product. Customers returning merchandise, not in its original condition will be
notified by e-mail as to their options. We do not accept the return for credit
of any item returned more than 30 days from the receipt of our shipment.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to ensure
accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:
Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number. Include these details
in the Questions/Comments, your original order number, date, and item(s) you
wish to return.
A Return Authorization number will be assigned and sent to you by return
e-mail. Please note this RA # on the Return Authorization Form ( Download this
form ). Complete & send this form with your returned goods shipment. OR
simply write the assigned RA# on the copy of your original order, order number
or packing list & ship to us to expedite processing and issuance of
credit.Return the item(s) postage paid (insured return receipt is suggested on

Important: Opened or used test kits or otherwise damaged goods cannot be
returned and credit will not be issued. Returns sent postage due or freight
collect will not be accepted. Furthermore, we cannot be responsible for unsolicited
returns without an assigned return authorization number.
Upon receipt of your order, you will be notified promptly
via email that your order was received followed by a second email
notifying you that your product has been shipped. You will also receive
notification via email/phone/fax of any questions/problems with the processing
of your order. Order are shipped Monday – Friday. All orders received before 11
am EST will be shipped the same day.
Shipments are sent by FedEx/USPS by the method requested by you on your order
entry form. In compliance with our Confidentiality & Privacy Policy,
packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes.
All orders are shipped in one of the following ways:
We take steps to assure & guarantee that shipments arrive in proper
condition at the receiving point of the customers. Products damaged in transit
will be replaced at no extra charge provided you have notified the shipping
carrier of damages immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

purchase order number, invoice number, shipping date, and a brief description
