This is a sealed LP Album by Ronnie Milsap titled Plain and Simple.

While the album is sealed I wanted to point out that the dust jacket exhibits normal signs of wear due to age, storage, moving and handling of record over the last 45+ years. You will see very small dents/bents on both the upper and lower right corners of the dust jacket. Some creases visible on the front side of the dust jacket-lower left corner. Some light scuff marks visible on dust jacket and shrink wrapping. The original shrink wrapping has a green colored paint stain along the lower side of the spine (see pictures), while this stain is over the shrink wrapping, it might have permeated to the dust jacket.
