This is "Twenty Years of Silents 1908-1928" a book by John Weaver, that also includes a letter to a lady that this book was sent to as a gift. See pictures for details.

CONDITION: The book seems to have some spine issues and is bent out of shape. Otherwise, (though I am not an expert) the book seems to be in pretty good shape, with perhaps some other signs of use. Some bent areas on the included letter. The first page is a bit bent too.
