Returns policy
Please open a return before you return your items.*
- If you have ordered by mistake eg: wrong size,type,style, etc:-
- You have 14 days after the delivery date to open the return of your order.
- After 14 days of the delivery date the sale is deemed as final.
- Please open a return before returning your goods.
- The buyer is to arrange and pay for return postage.
- Goods must be unused and in original condition.
- Goods must be securely packed to withstand the return delivery.
- Please note we cannot arrange collections on returns.
- Please include your delivery invoice or order details inside your packaging.
- Please return recorded delivery for your own safety.
- Return goods lost in transit will not be refunded.
- We may ask for more information to help speed up the return.
- A refund will be issued once the order has been returned and checked.
- If you return an item after the return has been closed, a refund will not be issued.
