This Z Rail kit is made in our workshop to order in the UK. The rail is made with industrial grade galvanised steel tube and fittings.This simple handrail kit is suitable for any one to use who is competent at DIY. The galvanised rail is rust resistant and perfect for outdoor use and ideal for doorsteps and access points.

Once assembled the handrail will find its own angle, meaning its great for use on steps and stairs of various degrees of steepness. The galvanised uprights are adjustable and can be positioned anywhere along the top rail, and then fixed into required position. Ground fixings and an Allen key to tighten fittings are supplied. Requires minimal assembly. 

This handrail is available in sizes from: 0.5m through to 2.4 metre long, please select size on the drop down. The 1.6m  through to 2.4m  long rails have 3 legs(The length is the top rail)

This Z Rail kit is made from 34mm galvanised steel tube and includes;  

2 x Industrial Galvanised Steel Uprights (cut to 90cm the overall height will be approx 10cm higher)

1 x Horizontal Industrial Galvanised Steel Top Rail (length depends on your order,)

2 x Galvanised feet (3 on the 3 leg)

8 x  Galvanised Coach Bolts (12 with the 3 leg)(Galvanised bolts do not rust)

8 x  Fischer Rawl Plugs (12 with the 3 leg)(The best in the business)

2 x Pre-fitted cap ends.

1 x Allen key to assemble and tighten fittings.

2 x Bolted swivel fittings (3 on the 3 leg)(We use Nyloc Nuts. Each fitting has approx 85 degree travel in the horizontal and vertical direction.

*Please note the 2.2 metre, 2.4 metre and 3 metre Rail will be 2 pieces of tube, supplied with a 150 clamp fitting to join the pieces together securely, the centre leg can then be slid over the joint.**

Please note these items weigh between 7kg and 24kg per rail, depending on size ordered.

Please note Galvanised Tube may vary in appearance.(it is not super shiny like stainless steel) This is due to the finishing process. In no way does this compromise the integrity of the product

Return Policy

     *Please open a return before you return your item.* 

• If you have ordered by mistake eg: wrong size, type, style, etc:-  
• You have 14 days after the delivery date to open a return on your order    
• Please open a return for each item you are returning before returning your goods.
• Return goods must be unused, complete and in original condition.
• Goods must be securely packed to withstand the return delivery.
• Please note we cannot arrange collections on returns.
• Please include your delivery invoice or order details inside your packaging.
• The buyer is to arrange and pay for the return postage.
• Please return recorded delivery for your own safety.
• Return goods lost in transit will not be refunded.
• A refund will be issued once the order has been returned.
• If you return an item after the return has been closed, a refund will not be issued.
