MUSASHI Bulk Extreme Protein Powder – Vanilla Milkshake

Directions

HOW: Add 90g (2 ½ levelled scoops) to 500mL of Skim Milk or to 300ml of water in a cup or MUSASHI shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN: POST-TRAINING: Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes.
Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
