We advise washing lentils before cooking in warm water for 2-3 minutes.

These lentils are a natural products, and we have sorted based on size in automatic sorting machine, but as these are natural products so please except that each lentil shape and size may vary from the next one.
Q: How long can I store it?
If you store in a cool dry pace in an air tight container, then it should be good for a year, but as humidity, and weather for every place is different, so we advise to inspect the lentils every time you use.
Q: Are these pre-washed?
No, these are not pre-washed but are sortex cleaned.
