2003 Duncan Tournament "Crossed Flags" Yo-yo 75th Anniversary Rare Yellow Wood NOC.  This has never been played with, but it looks like it's missing outer plastic shell, and cardboard shows some shelf wear.  It has a  couple little marks on back just from years on the shelf.  It is a great Duncan yoyo!
