This Piece comes in its Original Frame & is Signed & Dated with a Personalized Notation Dated Circa 1946. It Depicts an Old House Surrounded By Cityscape with Skyscrapers & Buildings Going up. Its a Beautiful Illustration with Figures of Children & Family with a Glimpse of Daily Life that was done in Meticulous Details from the Time Period. It needs to be relined with a piece of UV glass to help preserve it at your discretion. The Artists Works Have Been Exhibited Worldwide & are Held & archived in Corporate & Private Collections. This came from a Private Estate which makes it Very Rare due to its Size, Age & Beauty.
