Vintage Nappy Decor Plate Washington DC Occupied Japan Cherry Trees Gold Handle. this souvenir nappy dish is in very good pre-owned/vintage condition. Condition is consistent with the age of the piece. It was made in Occupied Japan. The cherry trees and monument are hand-painted and dish has a gold trim edge also gold painted handle. This handle is big enough for one finger lifting. This dish can hold small candies or cheese with toothpicks, etc. Or use as a trinket plate to hold a ring or two. 6 inch diameter and plate is curved up (not flat). See all photos.
