SAMBA develop this part to create isolation between the fuel tank and the exhaust pipe,also you can use it to guard the pipe from a side impact and also for keeping the pipe hot for better performance.

Specially made for the Mecatech cars ,but it will fit to FG EVO HARM SX3/4/5/5S  Fixing is very easy and no need screws.

On other cars, some modification might be necessary.
