6 pc setting mid-century (early 1950s) Grindley Linden Lea hand-decorated dinner plates made in England.
Part of Grindley's Royal Petal Marlborough line of ironstone and now a very hard-to-find mid-century pattern, Linden Lea features a border pattern of red and blue florals with blue and tan wavy lines, small yellow flowers and a scalloped, gold edge.
In EXCELLENT! condition with NO! chips, nicks, cracks or fleabites, VERY MINIMAL scratching | loss to the scalloped, gold edge (but there is some), LITTLE TO NO! crazing and NO! marks or stains. The red and blue florals and tan and blue lines are bright and vivid with NO! fading or wear apparent. My mom bought these for me and I have never used them.
