Honda Cappellini CB72 CB77 CL72 CL77 REBUILT timing chain tensioner with 18T sprocket (to replace old 35mm rubber roller), slim body, and L/H adjuster set screw.
The variables for this part are:
#1) 35mm diameter rubber roller is now replaced with 18 tooth sprocket. 39mm diameter rubber roller is now replaced with 19 tooth sprocket. This is shown in the second photo.
#2) The axle inside of the roller was originally either 9mm or 10mm in diameter with a bearing sleeve with either knurled ends or two drive teeth, to match the sheet metal roller housing body. Since you are buying a complete, ready to use assembly, the correct match has already been made, and you don't have to worry about this.
#3) The cast alloy body seen from the outside can be either a wide style with 33mm stud spacing from side to side, or a narrow style with 25mm stud spacing, and the piston and spring inside of either casting could be either large or small diameter, as shown in the third, fourth, and fifth photos, but the complete assemblies here are correctly assembled and ready to use.
#4) The piston shaft set screw in the body can be located on either the left or right hand side (as viewed from the back of the cylinder), although this does not appear to affect the function of the part.
Shown in the sixth photo, are, left to right: slim body with 19T sprocket, wide body with 19T sprocket, and wide body with 18 tooth sprocket. There may also be a style with slim body and big piston/spring (not shown).
