This adapter lets you mount Contax C/Y lenses onto Arri LPL mount cameras or adapters.
Contax Yashica C/Y lens flange distance is very close to LPL flange.
This adapter works like this.
The front bayonet lets the contax lens in.
The reverse bayonet tightens the lens.
Attached M3 grub screws to hold the screw from turning.
Now your Contax lens turns into LPL lens. You need to control aperture through lens which limits to Manual only lenses.
Front of the body is carved out so as to accommodate Contax lenses into the mount.
We will send a detailed procedure, it takes about 3 - 5 minutes first time.
You need a allen key (M3) and lens wrench or 2 flat screw drivers.
It will not alter the lens and it is removable.
