Vintage 1980s Zhongguo Zhi Zao China Tea cups, Sugar Bowl, and Creamer Good Condition. I am unsure of the exact pattern, blue floral with painted gold trim, and it took a lot of research to find the back stamp on these. I have two teacups that differ slightly, I have a creamer, and a sugar bowl (without a lid).  One of the teacups has about an 1/8 in chip in the rim. I've included a photo. Otherwise all four pieces are in very good shape.
