We strongly recommend that you please read & note all the following before proceeding to purchase:

1) Freepost is offered via inPost Lockers to Home / Yodel. This is a 2 day+ delivery service and can be up to 4 working days. WARNING: Not available to Highlands / Islands or Northern Ireland. Use Royal Mail instead ( affected postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, BT, FK17-FK21, GY, HS,IM, IV, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA17-PA-PA80, PH13-PH50, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25, ZE ). This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to change. If in doubt, please contact us first.

2) You can choose to upgrade for a small charge to Royal Mail Tracked 48 . Delivery is generally up to 2-3 working days. Or if you prefer an even quicker delivery, you can pay to upgrade to Tracked 24. Delivery is generally 1-2 working days.   

As with all deliveries, they can be any time of day but we advise you to keep an eye on tracking and divert as necessary. Delivery dates cannot be specified. Once en route, parcels are not interceptable.

N.B. Remote location postcodes will also take longer to arrive than 3 working days. 

3) Please contact us first: i) you wish to purchase lots of items or ii) if live outside the UK.

4) All items are despatched boxed & securely packaged with either bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper for extra protection. We only ever pack items that are completely undamaged. Therefore in the unlikely event that you should receive any damaged items, we would ask you for your cooperation by sending photos of damaged items plus the packaging, which we can then forward to the courier company for any subsequent claim. NOTE - any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (which is obtained from tracking)

5) inPost & Royal Mail make 2 standard delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt a Royal Mail item is taken to the delivery office where it is held for 18 days before being returned to the sender. For an inPost item, the parcel is returned after the second failed attempt.

 If a parcel is returned to us we will deduct £4 from your refund.

N.B. If you have any instructions to assist the courier with delivery, please provide them at the time of booking – it is too late once your order has been despatched. Thank you

6) Returns. If you wish to return an item, please follow the eBay returns procedure. You will be refunded less the amount it cost us to send the item to you in the first place.

7) Collection is welcome Mondays-Fridays by mutual, prior arrangement.
