Easypuck is a family run business with over 30 years experience of playing and coaching ice hockey. We have been trading for over 10 years and are committed to providing excellent customer service and highly competitive prices. We have a retail skate and hockey shop inside Guildford Spectrum Ice Rink, Parkway Guildford Surrey GU1 1UP. If you wish to pick up your ebay purchase during opening hours please message beforehand so we can ensure that your items are here ready for collection.

Dispatch and Postage

We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day.

We send most small items with Royal Mail 2nd class, if you want your item to arrive quickly please ask or select 1st class. For larger and more expensive items we use our courier DHL for next day delivery. Please note next day delivery prices are for mainland UK only. Deliveries to Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, IOW and all other off shore islands cost extra and usually take 48 hours, please enquire for a postage quote before ordering. We will only charge you the cost price to us.

Returns 

We accept returns for unused items for 30 days from purchase.
