Manually modify your computer's network card IP  and IP in the box to the same network segment;
IP metaphor box factory is 192.168.1.100, mask is 255.255.255.0;
Then you must first manually configure your computer's network card IP is:  192.168.1.88,

the mask:. 255.255.255.0 (straight box and card can not be used to automatically  obtain IP)
Then go to open the ART-NET testing software or application software to connect  to the boxes.
As long as our test software provides read SN number, it indicates that the  connection is normal.

When the test is completed using the software must be switched off! Doing so may  affect the use of other software




How to restore factory settings box it?
　

Methods: First, power off, press and hold the  panel's RESET button and hold;
On power-up, this time node on the panel with two lights flashing Server, and so  on for about 10 seconds.

Then release the button, the two lights flash alternately, it will restore the  factory values.

Keys on the M-168 model panel can be switched during hold about 8 seconds when  power work mode,

you can switch between node and server. Refers to the corresponding panel

1, DmxWorkShop and MCSWE_ART-NET_Configure can MCSWE ART-NET hardware to modify  IP and modify the port;

or can not be found in the hardware or find the normal output
