This is a nice building from Lilliput Lane. This is titled Preston Mill. It is 4 inches tall and the base is about 5 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. This is from an estate and was displayed but appears to be in very good condition. This does come in the original outer box with the deed. The box does have some staining/discoloring from storage. Great piece to add to your collection!
