Here is a New- heated jacket with a smart power bank. It is a size Small. The jacket is 25" long. It is 100% polyester lined and filling- see tag in photos. The instructions for the battery operation are on the pocket in the jacket. The battery has not been removed from the box. I will only ship within the USA.
