Suggested use (orally):
1-2 teaspoons per day can be consumed for health benefits. You can mix the oil into anything you would normally eat or drink if desired (as it does have a strong taste) or simply have it on its own.
Suggested use (Topically):
To treat hair loss and promote hair growth:
Pour the black seed oil into your palms and rub both your hands against each other to warm it up.
Massage the oil into your scalp. Focus on the areas that are losing most hair.
Once your scalp is covered in the oil, work the oil through your hair from the roots to the tips.
Leave the oil in for about 30 minutes to an hour and then wash it off with your regular shampoo and conditioner
PLEASE NOTE- You can use Black Seed Oil straight, or you can mix with other oils that promote hair growth such as Jamaican Black Castor Oil (please see our store for this oil).
How Often?
2-3 times a week.
To treat frizzy or dry hair:
Rub a couple of drops of Black Seed Oil into your palms. Lightly apply to your hair to tame frizziness, add shine and hydration.
Skin Care:
Black Seed oil is highly moisturising but doesn't leave your skin greasy. Calms, soothes and regenerates the appearance of skin and treats a range of concerns. Apply directly to the skin as often as needed. You can also mix a few drops of Black Seed Oil into your regular skincare products or use it as a highly effective ingredient in your DYI Natural Beauty Products.
Postage and Handling
We are located in Sydney, Australia and ensure quick 1 business day handling so that you can receive your product as soon as possible. For this product, we use Australia Post standard parcel service (with tracking) or a range of couriers through Sendle (with tracking) and delivery takes approximately 1 to 6 business days after dispatch. Which method of postage used will be determined by available services to your address and which service is determined to be the fastest and most suitable.

If Australia Post or the courier has marked your item as "delivered", unfortunately My Natural Beauty cannot take responsibility for the item after that point. If you have any concerns for your item being left if not home, please choose the option for 'signature on delivery' so that you will be required to sign for it and it will not be left unattended at your premises. Otherwise, by using the FREE Shipping option you are agreeing to your item possibly being left unattended by Australia Post if you are not home to accept the delivery. Return and Refund Policy
My Natural Beauty’s Return and Refund Policy is very simple: If there is a fault with your purchase we will assist you with a quick and easy resolution. Items must remain unopened, not used and returned in original packaging. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning and report any faults within 14 days of delivery. All products are inspected for faults prior to shipping. If there is a fault when received please provide us with photo evidence ASAP (or within 14 days). Please contact us through eBay messages within 14 days with the following:
1. A description of the fault.
2. If the item has leaked or appears to be damaged in transit. Please keep all the packaging and provide us with clear photos of the damage to the product, damage to the packaging and any other photos to demonstrate the issue.

We will decide based on the following if you will need to request a return under your order (whereby we require the item to be sent back) or if we provide you with other options without the need to send it back, depending on the issue.
For change of mind purchases or if you ordered incorrectly, returns may be made at your cost if you agree to the following conditions only and at the sellers discretion. You must contact us prior to returning to gain approval for your return. Failure to do so may result in your return being rejected. If approved, the product must be unopened, in the same condition it was sent, not used and in all the original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% applies due to fees incurred by the seller as a part of the sale and the original shipping and handling costs incurred by the seller will not be refunded .Therefore your refund would be what you paid, minus 15% of that as well as the exact postage costs incurred by the seller to send you the item. If a new product is to be sent (an exchange) whereby there was no fault with the original purchase, postage and handling fees are at the cost of the customer. Therefore we recommend you choose correctly. Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to health and safety reasons unless there is a fault with the product.
