The Pureflow AirDog II-5G A7SABF593 DF-165-5G Air/Fuel Separation System is the newest generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The 5G is engineered to be the longest lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump system AirDog has to offer. The AirDog II-5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability. The demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine. A dual feed design supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles and cavitation. The AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm style fuel pressure regulator allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 PSI The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank.
(FF100-2) This is the 2 micron fuel filter that is a direct fit for all AirDog I, AirDog II, and AirDog II-4G models. Cross Reference Numbers: (Note, this is for fitment and not micron rating): NAPA: 3420, WIX: 33420, Baldwin: BF-7531, Fleetguard: 5613, Donaldson: P551315, LuberFiner: LFF3545.
(WS100) This is the water separator that is a direct fit for all AirDog I, AirDog II, and AirDog II-4G models. Cross Reference Numbers: NAPA: 3616, WIX: 33616, Baldwin: BF-1275, Fleetguard: FS19768, Donaldson: P550550, LuberFiner: LFF9594.
G&R Diesel Billet Aluminum Bottom Sump with Integrated Fuel Return System. This system completely eliminates the need to run the return of your aftermarket fuel pump to the top of the tank or cut into the fuel filler neck, therefore cutting install time tremendously! This sump also features "clamp in O-ring style seal" instead of the competitions "ring of bolts". To install this sump you simply drill 1 hole into your tank (hole saw included), slip the clamp into the tank and bolt up the sump. This makes for a quick, easy, leak free bottom sump. This sump includes other great features like a 1/2" NPT fuel feed outlet to supply even the biggest pumps on the market and a 1/4" NPT drain should you ever need to drain your tank. Everything including the hole saw and fittings needed to install is shipped with this kit!

ALL programmers bought from Rudy's Performance Parts will be sent with signature confirmation and any purchases over $500.00 may also be sent with signature confirmation. Upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the product, the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) may attempt to deliver the merchandise another day OR hold it at a local hub for customer pickup.
Rudy's Performance Parts is NOT responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. ALL packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, Rudy's Performance Parts will open a damage claim with the shipper and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been complete.
Rudy's Performance Parts ships products from multiple warehouses across the country in order to get your products to you the quickest way possible. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse that has the product in stock. Please note that your order may come in multiple shipments/packages and your shipments/packages may arrive at different times.

Returns
All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer?s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy's Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment. You are welcome to pay for a replacement item and then receive a refund when the original item is received back, otherwise, we won't be able to send a replacement until the original item is back. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
