Shipping Information

We aim to ship all orders whose payment is received by 2pm AEST on the same day. Unfortunately, with the current delays in freight, occasionally pickup is the next day.

Deliveries are made using third parties. As such, we cannot commit to an exact delivery date or time. Currently, eBay is often listing unrealistic freight times that don’t reflect the current state of freight worldwide, however we will do our best to get it to you as fast as we can. You will, however, be provided with a track and trace link once your order has shipped, which will provide an estimated delivery date and details of how and when to contact us to follow up on the status of your order.

RCE Performance Warehouse*/Race Car Engineering normally use Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please. Purchased items will ship from our store only, Slacks Creek QLD.

For all methods other than Australia Post, the courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

Unless selected by the buyer, no shipped item is insured. The item therefore, is the responsibility of the buyer once it has been shipped from RCE Performance Warehouse/Race Car Engineering/Race Car Engineering.

Returns Policy

If you have received your order and you wish to return it, the item must be returned within 30 days after you have received it. The item must be unused and “As New” and the packaging must be unopened or in a sellable condition. RCE Performance Warehouse* will accept (excluding eBay fees and any freight or other service fees) returns that meet these criteria provided the goods are accompanied by the original invoice. You will have to pay the return postage or take it into the Race Car Engineering store.

If you have an issue with the item, or our service, RCE Performance Warehouse will be more than happy to discuss this with you with our goal of providing a positive customer experience. We provide refunds, replacements and repairs in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You will need to provide the original invoice from RCE Performance Warehouse, you will also need to provide details of the fault or issue with the product. All “out of the box” items/accessories must also be returned for consideration of a refund. Any bonus or package deal items must also be returned.

Any items that carry a Copyright, or whose IP* can be rudimentarily transferred in a non-marring manner will not be accepted for return if they have been opened.

No liability will be held by Race Car Engineering for any loss incurred due to faults/issues with an item. These losses can include but not limited to, loss of profits, fitment expenses or damage due to the item issue/fault.

Race Car Engineering needs to be satisfied that the product is faulty, the cause of the fault and that the problem with the goods was not your fault. Race Car Engineering reserves the right to have returned goods assessed within a reasonable time frame by the manufacturer or ourselves to determine this, including whether the goods are defective or simply require some form of basic troubleshooting. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to alterations/modifications by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return.
