OUR TONEWOOD IS GRADED BY AN EXPERIENCED LUTHIER, MICHEL PELLERIN, AND WE STAY OUT OF THE GRADING PROCESS.

WE DO NOT CUT DOWN ANY TREES. ALL OUR WOODS ARE SALVAGED FROM BLOWN DOWN TREES OR PIECES LEFT BY THE LOGGING COMPANIES.

We use Canada post as our shipping service. It is the cheapest way to get your item to you. Since we are not located in a major urban center, the delivery standards are a little different from what their website advertises. For our Canadian and USA customers, please expect 7 to 14 days from the time your item is shipped. International customers, please expect 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your location. We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Please keep this in mind when leaving your feedback. Judge us on our handling time, our item of course but not on the time it takes for the postal service to get your item to you.

We do accept returns if you change your mind about our product but you are responsible to pay to ship the item back and any custom fees will be deducted from your refund. 

We always give you the true dimensions of our tonewood but when we list with a specific template, please do not plan to use it for a bigger guitar as there might be imperfections outside of that template.
*** We cannot provide a phytosanitary certificate. Most of our tonewood is air dried over a long period of time, not dried with high heat or fumigated so we are not eligible for it as stated by the CFIA requirements. *** 
If any problems should arise at customs because of the lack of certificate, we will not be held financially responsible as it is the buyer's responsibility to know their country's rules for import.
