This is a Levitating Spinning Color Changing Moon Lamp. Once you get the moon balanced on the center magnet of the ball, (a little tricky but hang in there), the moon starts to spin in mid air and changes colors every 15 to 30 seconds. It plugs into a normal AC outlet. The base can be turned on or off showing its blue rings. The color changer can also be turned off but the moon keeps spinning. There is a magnet on the bottom portion of the ball that keeps it hovering. This make the ball a bit darker on the bottom where the magnet is. Sorry, the instructions have gone missing. It has one button to change all settings from one to the next as it is spinning. The trick is getting the ball balanced on the base at the beginning. Happy hovering!
