NEW Seats are: NEW in factory plastic NEVER mounted to a vehicle ( NOT new take offs from a new vehicle)


USED Seats are: Take offs from a New or Used vehicles ( they may be off NEW vehicles and never ridden but that makes them Used)


If Items need to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico please email us for shipping cost. The lower 48 states are flat rate shipping through FedEx Ground.
