VINTAGE DRESS FROM KAY SELIG NEW YORK  WORN DURING THE 40s AND 50s.  IT IS A HALTER DRESS.  IT IS TURQUOISE WITH CAP SLEEVES.  THERE ARE TWO PIECES HANGING FROM THE WAIST IN BACK.  COULD BE TIED OR LET LAY FLAT.  PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.  BECAUSE OF ITS AGE, THERE ARE NO LABELS ON THE DRESS EXCEPT THE COMPANY.  MY GUESS IS IT'S A 0-2.  THE BUST MEASUREMENT IS 29-30".  THE WAIST MEASURES 22".  IT HAS A MUSLIN INSERT AROUND THE WAIST WITH A TIE THAT CAN BE ADJUSTED.  VERY INTERESTING.  PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.  I AM 5' 3" AND IT GOES TO MY ANKLES.
