We know what we are selling. All marked New items we listed are brand new and completely tested by manufacturer. If you are not sure what you need, please do not place order before you contact us.  Any your question received,

we will answer within 24~48 hours in most case. 

Item details:

What you see, might not what you received. Because same product/part, might have different pain color, different port/port size, different rotation assembly, or some option on the products/part, 

We only list one product here. But we always put details on the list to let buyer know what option we have. Buyer just put a note when buyer places order. we will ship correct item based on buyer note.

If price is different because option, we will put note on list too.

Payment and Tax:

Ebay will get payment and tax, then pay sellers. Seller does not collet any TAX. 

Shipping:

If we list item as “ free shipping" or " flat rate for all buyers", or any other shipping term, it means  the shipping address is in the Continental United States only. Does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico or all international; please contact us before you bid/buy for a shipping quote.  Or you can place order and not pay, we will send you invoice to show you the shipping fee. Then you can make decision you need to pay or just cancel it. Extra shipping fee will be exact shipping fee plus 13% ebay charged on this fee. If your shipping address is not  in 48  Continental United States, Please don't Ebay shipping fee calculation.

Shipping fee = Carrier shipping fee + insurance + eBay charge (13% of Fee received).

If the item weight is 1Lbs or less, The flat rate for all buyers is good for all states. 

In general, items usually will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. But we list it as 3~4 business days to handle your order because we need more time to get buyer confirmation for some detail technical concern some times.  if we have questions need buyer to confirm shipping address, options about the product/part, or any our concern about buyer purchase, we will call or sent message to buyer.

we only ship item out after we got buyer confirmation for our questions. If buyer not reply in time, the shipping should be late.

International Orders:

Buyer is responsible for any customs fees (or other fees) their country may charge upon arrival of item. 

Return:

Returns must be with RA#. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). Any item used by buyer will be not returned. All components/accessories included in original listing must be included.  Shipping Insurance is required to cover the purchase price for all return shipment by buyer. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. 

Damaged items:

If item(s) arrived in damaged, please contact us right away. You must take necessary pictures to show this shipping damaged or lost parts clearly.   Keep the damaged package well waiting carrier inspector to do inspection. Don't use any damaged item without seller approval. If buyer cannot provide ALL of these pictures and is not available to complete damage inspection, you will not be issued a refund.

Warranty:

1 year limited warranty. For this sold part/product repair or replacement only. Seller is not responsible  for any fee and charge because of the purchased item use and condition.
