Directions

Adults:
Two tablets, twice daily.
Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients

Each film coated tablet contains active ingredients:
Calcium (from calcium citrate tetrahydrate) 250mg,
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate 232.05mg) 37.5mg,
Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 6.2 micrograms.
