FJ Designs The Cat's Meow Village - 1994 Series XII - Ritz Theatre (Oaklyn, New Jersey) #1210; condition is "new".  Casper, the Cat's Meow Club mascot, sits atop the marquee.

Excellent condition, in (not original) wax paper bag, never displayed.  Smoke-free home and in storage for the last 20+ years.  Series was released January 1, 1994 and retired December 31, 1999; this piece has copyright 1994 and "signed" Faline '94.
