General Installation Notes:

• Take apart your analog stick
• Separate all parts
• Set aside the old gears
• Clean the bowl, wheels attached to bowl, spring, white washer, joystick, housing & sensors on the circuit board
• Reinstall wheels into bowl
• Apply lubrication to inside of bowl (don't go crazy, enough to coat the contact surface of the bowl, you can always add more later! There is such a thing a too much in this case.)
• Reassemble bottom and top assembles
• Make sure joystick & both gears are lined up
• Sandwich top and bottom back together

Please note, these are generalized notes to give you an overview. There are many great videos on YouTube demonstrating the process.

This is NOT a hard repair to perform! It sounds more complicated on paper than it really is. If you have any questions about the repair, please message me and I will do my best to help. I've rebuilt many N64 sticks and can assure you the process is very straightforward. 


Important Notes for the Buyer:

We recommend reading all directions and doing a few test fits BEFORE you apply the lubrication. Most lubrications will work, such as lithium grease or super lube.

Because of the nature of these parts, returns WILL NOT be accepted unless the parts are actually broken when received.
