This is for an antique coin bank box that is made of steel with copper colored streaks running throughout it. This suitcase shaped bank-issued box has a handle on the top. The bank has a metal tag on the front that reads, "The East Side Savings Bank of Rochester". The side of the bank shows the manufacturer name, The Branch Bank Company out of Cleveland and shows a patent date of December 9, 1902. The other side has the number "7492" imprinted on it. One side of the bank has a place to put bills in it and the top has a slot for the coins. Bank measures about 3.5" tall by 4.5" wide by 2 and 1/8" thick. The front hinged door on the bank is open but we don't have a key available to lock it. The banks used to hold these. Bank is in good condition overall for it's age with some natural wear present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail.
