This is a Charpente (division of Michel & Co) picture frame. Disney's classic Winnie The Pooh, Tigger and Piglet are romping around a tree, with Pooh on a branch, trying to get his beloved pot of honey. The frame is 7.5" tall and 5.75" wide and made for a 3.5" x 5" photo. It is in excellent condition. I see no flaws anywhere on it.
