FJ Designs The Cat's Meow Village - 1994 Elm Street Series, Blumenthal's Stationery #6941; condition is "new".  The Cat's Meow Club mascot, Casper, sits in a second story window.

According to Cat's Meow Collector's Club catalog:  "This building is part of the downtown revitalization in Bradford, Pennsylvania."

Excellent condition, in original Cat's Meow wax paper bag, never displayed.  Smoke-free home and in storage for the last 20+ years.  Series was released June 1, 1994 and retired December 31, 1999.  This piece has copyright 1994 and "signed" Faline '94.
