Kindly note, old style packaging is clear plastic or foil wrap. New style packaging is a cardboard box. These bars are EXACTLY the same product, however, the old style packaging is being discontinued as UK packaging.

Directions for use:
- Wet the sponge with water and rub in your hands
- Apply the soap sponge as you would normally do to the body
- Cleanse and exfoliate in circular motions
- Rinse the soap sponge and let it dry
- Avoid contact with eyes

We use a combination of Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes and DPD Local as our delivery partners to get the best rates for you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of purchase. Due to the collection/drop off opening hours of our delivery services, this may mean that your order is dispatched the following day. Once we have dispatched your order we, unfortunately, have no control over its remaining journey to you. The delivery dates given above are estimated timescales and may be subject to change. However, if you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please let us know and we will monitor the situation. |

| Returns | We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order and do our utmost to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, sometimes things go wrong and/or you may change your mind. You have 30 days, from the point of purchase, in which to return your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund on your return, within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was sent. It must also be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us and one of our team will be more than happy to help. Please note, where expedited delivery has been chosen at the checkout, the additional delivery cost we have paid will not be refunded, only the cost of the item and standard postage, if you simply change your mind. In cases such as these, we will provide proof of the delivery cost for your records. For all damaged or faulty goods, we will require proof of damage, the packaging it was sent in and the extent of the issue. All this can be dealt with via photographic evidence and a series of questions. Don't worry! This is purely to ascertain where the issue may have occurred and allows us to log it in our records. Refunds and returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis so do not be afraid to get in touch. |
