This unit is hand made here in UK and packed up in provisional packaging, it might come with some minor scratches due to packaging.

All dies and rollers that are in the photos are included with this unit.

This is a demo unit used only once as a show demonstration machine to present it unbelievable performance.  It is in full working order and as new mint condition; it will roll the steel tubes and bars with ease.

The roll bender is ideal for use in professional workshops and at home where the space could be the problem. It is the compact size bench unit with a lots of extras included. The roll bender has been developed to ensure a Performance and Reliability. Practicality and simplicity are key features of this Unit. It can be stood up vertically or upside down for ease of storage and transportation only 15kg so it can be moved around by one person,

Dies Included:

 1.   Dies for round tube 20mm up to 3mm wall or round bars / rods.  

2.   Dies for round tube 32mm up to 3mm wall or round bars / rods.

3.   Dies for square tubes up to 30 x 30mm x 2.5mm wall due to adjustable flanges on passive rollers and also can roll flat bars up to 40mm x 8mm

 

This unit is capable to make rings from 250mm diameter onwards.

As you can see in the photos it is really easy to disassemble and take ring out (only two bolts)   

It will turn a job of hours in minutes, it make a ring of 350mm with 15x15mm square tube in 5min (depends of operator), even an inexperienced person will learn fast to use this machine and get a great results. Roll bender is made from heavy gauge steel so it’s basically indestructible and it will last forever.
