Vera Bradley Blue Floral Large Diaper Bag or Tote Bag

Very Good Pre-Owned Condition - One miniscule pull to the fabric on the back that is nearly unnoticeable (see photo). The bag appears to be missing the changing pad that should snap to the outside zip pocket (see photos). 

This bag is very clean almost as if it was never used. 

Has double handle shoulder bag 14.5" handles, but also includes extra adjustable detachable strap to make it long enough for cross body.

Has interior waterproof lining

This could be used as just a tote bag and not necessarily a diaper bag.
