Miniature wooden Gnome House with Gnome & lights Silk Floral Room box bed stove

House is made of wood, bottom floor has a wood stove, table and chairs and the upper loft has a bed made out of a nut shell and the bed has a comforter and pillow. there is also a gnome on bottom floor and i wove a small set of battery operated lights throughout to light it up. The lights have an on and off switch. house measures  4.5 inches high, 5 inches long and 2.75 inches wide. This listing is for the gnome house and gnome only, the rest of the scenery is just a part of my own personal display on a shelf. Unique one of a kind item and small enough for a desk. I use calculated shipping on my ebay listings. I weigh the item, put in the specifics and the total is calculated shipping which comes out to exactly what usps is going to charge me at the counter when I go in to ship it. I don't make any money on shipping nor do I charge for shipping supplies, time or gas. I throw that in for free. But the price shown is what usps is going to charge me. I wish I could do better but I do not set usps prices.

In addition to that, ebay also charges sellers a percentage of the shipping costs on top of the final value fee, which cuts into the money a seller gets for the item. For that reason it makes no sense for a seller to over charge on shipping. Probably too much info but I'd like potential buyers to know that because I know shipping is high and I want my buyers to know it's not because I'm not being fair or because I'm greedy.
